Jenica Yurcic Westerman is the founding partner of Yurcic PLLC. She applies her significant experience in real estate, corporate law, business transactions, and regulatory matters to support operators, investors, and developers in a wide range of industries in Nevada.
Ms. Westerman is noted for her ability to bring deals to close by forging consensus and crafting creative solutions while vigorously protecting her client’s interests. As a Las Vegas native, she also shares a deep connection to the region, giving back through her pro bono work with Nevada Legal Aid.
When not practicing law, she can be found at various pools throughout the valley cheering on the Sandpipers of Nevada swim team.
